Max likes to ride his bike. He always goes along the path. One day, he sees something moving in the grass.

　　馬克斯喜歡騎自行車。他總是沿著這條路走。一天，他看到草地上有什么東西在動(dòng)。

　　Max gets off his bike. He looks in the grass. He sees a little green frog. Max puts out his hands to get it. But the little frog jumps away.

　　馬克斯從自行車上下來。他往草地里看了看。他看到一只綠色的小青蛙。于是馬克斯伸手去抓。但是小青蛙跳開了。

　　“I will find the frog before Granddad cuts the grass,” says Max. Then Max sees the little frog. It jumps into the long grass. “I can get the frog if I move slowly,” says Max.

　　“我會(huì)在爺爺割草之前找到青蛙，”馬克斯說。然后馬克斯看到了小青蛙。它跳進(jìn)了長草里。馬克斯說:“如果我走得慢一點(diǎn)，我就能抓住那只青蛙。”

　　Max gets the frog. “Granddad!” shouts Max. “Come and see my frog!” Granddad comes out of the shed. “Where is it from?” asks Max. “Maybe it comes from the big pond in the park,” says Granddad.

　　“We can make a little pond here,” says Max. “It can stay with us.” “No, Max,” says Granddad. “The big cat from next door will get the frog. It won’t be safe here.”

　　馬克斯得到了青蛙。“爺爺!“馬克斯喊道。“來看看我的青蛙!”爺爺從棚子里出來了。“從哪兒來的?””麥克斯問道。“也許它來自公園里的大池塘，”爺爺說。

　　“我們可以在這里建一個(gè)小池塘，”馬克斯說。“它可以留在我們身邊。“不行，馬克斯，”爺爺說。“隔壁的大貓會(huì)逮住青蛙。這里不安全。”

　　“Let’s take it back to the park,” says Max. “Go and find your friends again, little frog,” says Max.

　　“我們把它帶回公園吧，”馬克斯說。“去找你的朋友吧，小青蛙，”馬克斯說。
