1. 形容詞原級可以被 very，quite，so，rather 等詞的修飾

　　1)very 非常

　　This is a very interesting book. 這是一本很有趣的書。

　　注：very 也可以接形容詞級，表示強調。格式是：the very + est結尾的形容詞級或是不規(guī)則形容詞級。例：the very lowest price 最低的價格

　　2)quite 相當

　　Its quite cold this morning. 今天早晨相當冷。

　　3)so 那么

　　You are so fast. 你那么快。

　　4)rather 有些，頗

　　I think youre rather unkind not to stay. 我想你不留下來有點太不友善了。

　　2. 在 asas 和 not soas 的中間形容詞常用原級

　　1)asas 表示相等

　　This knife is as sharp as that one. 這把刀和那把一樣鋒利。

　　He is as tall as I. 他的個子和我一般高。

　　2)not soas， not asas 表示不如

　　Hes not so clever as his brother. 他不像他的兄弟那么聰明。
