　　改進之處：

　　1、要多關(guān)注差生，對一些不愛舉手發(fā)言、比較害羞的學(xué)生，教師還要多給他們表現(xiàn)的機會，課堂上要及時鼓勵、表揚他們，以消除自卑的心理，增強他們學(xué)英語的自信心。

　　2、當(dāng)學(xué)生的英語表述不暢時，教師需要耐心的引導(dǎo)、鼓勵。
